Description

Benissa is a municipality in the north-west of Alicante province with beautiful coves and cliffs, as well as mountainous areas. Thanks to the privileged location of the plot, it is possible to enjoy beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea. It is just a few kilometres from the centre of Benissa, where you can stroll through the pretty streets of the old town and find numerous shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. The plot has an area of over 14,700 m2 and borders the Serra de Bernia Natural Park to the north and the road to the south, which you can reach by car. It would be possible to build a tennis court or orchard, for example, or to keep horses and other animals. The house is designed to take full advantage of the surrounding environment and climate. Passive building mechanisms have been implemented such as the integration of solar panels and a drainage system, water collection and storage for toilets, swimming pool and irrigation. Moreover, the orientation of the house guarantees ample sea views while providing very good sun protection. This aspect, combined with a thoughtful plan for directing the wind and generating a thermal gradient between the front and back of the house, makes it possible to cool the house practically without air-conditioning. The single-storey finca is built with top-quality materials and qualities and complies with current building regulations. The layout is as follows: an open concept of kitchen-living room and dining room, laundry room and utility room, guest toilet, master bedroom with bathroom en-suite. From all these rooms there is direct access to the veranda. In the other wing of the house there are two more bedrooms with bathroom en-suite and in this section there is also the garage with capacity for two cars. From the veranda there is access to the swimming pool, where you can enjoy stunning views of the sea and the beautiful rural surroundings surrounding the house. Finishes: Ceramic flooring is initially suggested, although it can be changed for any other you desire. All doors and windows are limited to a height of 2.20 m, with the minimalist-type windows being in dark colours (as per regulations) and the interior doors are veneered in natural wood, also of that height. Installations: The use of aerothermal for indoor air conditioning is considered. If desired, the ducted air-conditioning system can be supplemented by underfloor heating or traditional radiators. The swimming pool can be fully heated or divided into a conventional pool and a Jacuzzi area. The house can be "domotised" as much as the customer wishes, in terms of climate, indoor or outdoor lighting, swimming pool or other installations. This house offers the flexibility to remove the garage and convert it into 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The number of bedrooms can therefore be variable and this part of the house can also house a gym, games room, indoor spa or any other use.
