For any project the architect must consult with the Consell's Historic Heritage department and await approval regarding integration or removal of these works. The stables may be retained and used as guest accommodation provided they do not exceed 20% of the main building’s area, with a maximum of 42.20 m². Installation of a swimming pool up to 35 m² surface area (max. 60 m³) is allowed. Only internal modifications are permitted — no exterior extensions on ground or upper floors; it is possible to raise the upper floor up to a maximum of 7 metres above ground level, without creating new living spaces.
