Installation of a swimming pool with a water surface up to 35 m² and a capacity up to 60 m³ is permitted. Only internal modifications are allowed — no exterior extensions on ground or upper floors. It is permitted to raise the upper floor to a maximum of 7 meters above ground level, but this cannot create new independent living spaces such as an additional living room.
