Cala Tarida features one of the island’s nicest beaches and impressive summer sunsets. The beach, supermarket and pharmacy are close by; San José and San Antonio are a short drive away. Rental requirements: applicants must have steady employment and demonstrable solvency. At move-in you must provide payment equal to three monthly amounts: one month’s rent, one month’s legal deposit, and one month’s agency fee plus VAT. Water and electricity are billed separately.
