Modern Mediterranean Villa with Sea Views

Description

Villa Francia, designed by the respected architecture firm KUOO and completed in 2018, exemplifies contemporary Mediterranean living. This south-facing residence in the exclusive Altea Hills enclave offers uninterrupted coastal views and blends architectural excellence with refined design and timeless elegance. Inside, the villa exudes calm sophistication: carefully finished interiors balance modern luxury with warm, welcoming touches. The master suite is a private sanctuary with its own terrace, a soaking tub with jets, and expansive sea views. Three additional bedrooms each have a distinct character and provide comfortable, stylish accommodation for family and guests. The heart of the home is the open-plan living area and kitchen; floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light and create a seamless flow onto generous terraces. The infinity pool appears to merge with the horizon, offering an exemplary setting for Mediterranean outdoor living. The lower level features a spacious leisure area with a sauna, space for a gym and a dramatic pool window that bathes the room in tranquil light. A private lift connects every floor for convenience, while bespoke touches such as high-end appliances and a state-of-the-art Bang & Olufsen entertainment system elevate daily living. The location — Altea Hills — is among the most sought-after on the Costa Blanca. This gated community provides 24-hour security, privacy and prestige, landscaped surroundings, panoramic sea views and close proximity to Altea’s old town, upscale marinas, golf courses and fine dining.
