Rental conditions: available to applicants with permanent employment and verifiable solvency. On move-in, a payment equal to four months’ rent is required: 1 month’s rent, 1 month legal deposit, 1 month payment guarantee and 1 month agency fee + VAT. Water and electricity are charged separately. Wifi is included. To arrange a viewing we require the following information in writing via this listing: who will live in the apartment, number of adults, children and pets (how many and what kind), and your occupation/employment status with recent payslips or proof of self-employment. This information is necessary for the owner to approve a viewing; viewings will not be allowed without professional/financial details.
